Executive Director of Performance and Planning
Sam joined the MSE ICB executive team as Executive Director of Performance and Planning in January 2025. Previously, she served as System Urgent and Emergency Care Director and brings extensive expertise in performance management, strategic planning, and operational delivery.
Sam has a strong track record of driving improvements and fostering collaboration across diverse teams, making her well-positioned to strengthen the focus on performance and planning.
Her leadership will play a key role in supporting our commitment to improving health outcomes across mid and south Essex, working closely with our providers and NHS England.
