Executive Director of Strategy and Corporate Services
Emily has worked in strategy and transformation roles across the NHS for nearly 15 years, including over three years as Director of Strategy for NHS England where she led work supporting the development of the NHS Long Term Plan.
Emily has contributed to national and regional strategies across a wide range of NHS service areas and overseen delivery of national programs relating to NHS innovation and the role the NHS can in improving the wider social determinants of health. Her experience also includes developing the Provider Collaborative in North East London, advising the first NHS Trust Special Administrator and supporting the implementation of a major service reconfiguration in North Central London.
Emily recently spent time in the United States where she was a Harkness Fellow in Healthcare Policy and Practice and a Senior Fellow at Brown University. She started her career as a management consultant, having studied Psychology at the University of Edinburgh.
