Are you an Allied Health Professional, a nurse, a doctor? Are you a social worker, a therapist, or a care worker?
We are seeking an inspirational, innovative and system-minded leader to join Basildon and Brentwood’s clinical and care leadership team. Working alongside the team, which includes other Alliance Clinical Leads and our Alliance Director, you will be charged with bringing together partners from across health and social care to plan and deliver integrated services to improve the lives of those who reside or work in the alliance.
To apply, you will be a qualified clinical or care professional with some experience in senior leadership within or across complex, regulated and user-focused environments. You will be an excellent communicator with a proven ability to forge effective relationships and facilitate cross-system collaboration. In addition, you will have demonstrable understanding of the national and regional context as well as an appreciation of local care area health and care needs.
