Dr Vin Diwakar, National Medical Director for Secondary Care and Transformation, NHS England visited the NHS in mid and south Essex to view work being carried out by the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative to offer proactive and preventative care in the community post COVID.
The MSE community respiratory van is an innovative outreach programme offering health checks and diagnostic tests in a mobile clinic for adults, children and young people. It offers residents in hard-to-reach areas access to high quality care for post COVID syndrome and its symptoms.
